Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders placed on Peptide SA are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Areas

We partner with trusted couriers to ensure fast and secure delivery nationwide across South Africa.

Standard Delivery: 1–4 business days (location dependent).
International Shipping: Please contact us directly for a custom quote.

3. Shipping Fees

Standard Shipping: A flat rate of R150 applies to all orders within South Africa.
Overnight Delivery: Available for R250.
Weekend Note: Overnight orders dispatched on a Friday will be available for collection at the courier hub on Saturday. Couriers do not deliver to residential or business addresses on weekends or public holidays.

4. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Re-delivery due to incorrect details may incur additional fees at the customer’s expense.

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. Claims must be accompanied by clear photos of the packaging and the product.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the medical nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.
Refunds are only eligible for sealed, unused items returned within 7 days.
Return courier fees are the responsibility of the customer.
